Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel please contact Cypi's Custom Creations 48 hours prior to your event. Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting your deposit. If you contact Cypi's Custom Creations within 48 hours to reschedule, you will have (1) time to reschedule the service you chose with no changes to the design.
